Large viewing windows overlook the production floor, allowing you to observe the stages of withering, rolling, drying, grading, and packaging while learning about the entire tea-making process. It's an educational experience suitable for both adults and children. Note: No photograph is allowed inside the factory.
After the tour, make your way to the famous BOH Café, J.A.'s Balcony. Sitting on the iconic overhanging balcony, it's easy to spend an hour simply enjoying the cool mountain breeze while overlooking the rolling tea plantations stretching into the distance. Freshly brewed BOH tea is naturally the drink of choice, accompanied by delicious cakes, scones, sandwiches, or light meals. The panoramic scenery makes every sip even more enjoyable.

Just outside the café is the viewing platform, arguably the most photographed spot in the entire estate.
